We created Life Survivor Gifts because we know how important it is to have inspiration and encouragement in the face of adversity. And how even a small gesture can help someone feel supported and reminded that they are not alone. We know that you put love and care into creating your gift sets so we carefully pack and ship your gifts to make sure that they arrive in perfect condition. We're certain that your recipients will love their gift, but if something goes wrong in transit or your experience is anything less than the best from start to finish, we're here to make it right for you and them. If you are unsatisfied, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.
How to RETURN
Need to make a return? It’s easy!
When you click the “start a return” button, your order account will open for you to generate a FREE, printable, pre-paid FedEx Shipping label. Refunds are for merchandise values only and the credit will be issued within 7 to 14 business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Pre–paid return label is valid for use for USA orders only. You can also use the FREE pre-paid FedEx Shipping Label that was included in your package.

Follow these instructions to return your package to us:
- Carefully pack your item(s), in the original condition.
- Click the Start A Return button to open your account.
- Click Orders.
- Find the Order Number of the order you wish to return and click View.
- Scroll down to the Shipping Details section and enter a Reason for Return, i.e., received damaged, received wrong item, quality not as expected, changed my mind or other.
- Click Generate Return Label.
- A Return Label will be generated. Click Print Return Label.
- Open the Return Label document and print.
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are shown.
- Once your package is ready to be shipped, go to FedEx.com to schedule a pickup or drop off at the nearest FedEx location.
- Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our office.
